I have had a subscription for years

I have had a subscription for years. Since the onset of Covid, I am missing multiple "monthly" boxes. Rather than the promised monthly boxes, you are more likely to recieve every other month, and at the same cost! Either improve the boxes and deliver every two months or give a refund for not receiving a month's box. I will drop both my Vices and Rarity subscriptin this year, Prior to 2020, this was fun and always interesting to see what you would recieve. Now, the subscription box is no longer up to par and 6 in a year rather than one a month is at minimum poor service and more likely dishonest.

BEWARE!!THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR…

BEWARE!!THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR SUPPLIERS!!! I run BLUblox and BON CHARGE who have supplied sleep masks for this company. They took our product and did not pay the full invoice they agreed to. Please consider using a reputable box company such as Bespoke Post instead of this company take steals money from small businesses to satisfy their greed

Absolute Luxury

This was my second purchase of a vices gift box for Father's day. I ordered the JAPANESE KITCHEN box but received the shaving box. I notified Vices via email & they promptly shipped the correct box out. The box was lovely & everything I thought it would be. I will order from VICES again & am pleased & extremely grateful for their prompt & professional customer service!

Boxes that Surprise and Delight Me

I just received my Correspondence Edition subscription box. I love it! In fact, I have already ordered 3 more of the Ghia Old Fashioned glasses.They are beautiful and easy to hold. I am anxious to try the Starward Australian whiskey. I also love the Visky ice ball mold, custom made Terrapin Stationers note cards and beautiful Bosco Style custom wood pen. I just have to give Vices kudos for continuing to come up with wonderful subscription boxes that surprise and delight me. It's as if you know me! Thank you, Vices, for making my day!

A Plus Company/Service/Products

This company is in my opinion an Elite responsive engaging creditable operation. My experience has been nothing short than a pleasure. All communication has been responsive timely and overall satisfying. Curated boxes delivered monthly are the perfect surprise to a person that has everything!

I must say that Vices has been great

I must say that Vices has been great. I enjoyed their items and regard their product as high quality. I have tried many interesting drink combos and gift items, which I would have never tried before. These are great gifts as well. I would highly recommend this product as a special treat for you. Great boxes that are put together tastefully.

Just Don't

You may get something you like, more likely you may not. If you want to cancel, ignore the FAQ and read anything sent back to you carefully. Using Trump campaign tactics, they will do all they can to keep your recurring payments by creating policies. Signs of a company strapped for cash and integrity.

Keep it coming!

I've been a member for a few years - I always look forward to the box arriving, but now during COVID it lifts my spirits even more! And so creative this past year with the advent calendar box and most recently the Joy of Java - coffee is my strongest vice! From special food and cocktails to pampering and technology - keep it coming!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. We were served an ad for a bourbon box and purchased, but were sent a tequila box, which we don’t drink. The customer service we received was rude and unhelpful and insisted we made a mistake. They wouldn’t cover the cost of shipping the incorrect box back and said they’d charge us for the original shipping costs if we sent the box back. Extremely disappointing for such a high price point.

The quality of these boxes is a joke

The quality of these boxes is a joke. Furthermore it is not easy to cancel. They do not have a customer service phone line. You cannot call and ask questions about your box or clarify your account. The only way you can communicate with them is through email and sometimes you need to actually speak to a person for clarification. Luxury? Customer service? They are absolutely not about either of those things. Buyers beware this is Not a luxury subscription box at all.
